Ahhhh sleeping in felt GOOD!

Good morning from the east coast!
Happy Saturday! 
It's the weekend. Enjoy it!

I got to sleep in this morning. Waking up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Ohhh that was nice! I haven't done that in months. I usually do my big standing group runs with BGR and that requires me to be up anywhere between 5am and 6:15am. Today however because I am not allowing myself to run until I see the doctor, I slept in. I wasn't about to wake up at 5am to go WALKING! Ain't nobody got time fa dat! 

Anyway's here I am up and at 'em in my morning glory, eating my fulfilling breakfast (leftover coconut flour pancakes) and dressed to go out. 




Black Girls Run! has a mini conference today! I'm super excited. It's a running clinic type of thing mixed with some other great things like Yoga & Zumba I believe. So I'm eating and about to head out in at bit. Must finish my lovely glass of morning tea first. Mmmmm Tazo Tea.

I'm a teahead. 

Today I'm doing nothing really exciting (after the conference). Homework. Maybe a shoulder and back workout. I gotta get these back rolls in check.  I need to do my taxes. Eeeek April's upon us! Register for Summer class. Boooooooo. Finishing reading Fifty Shades Freed. I have 5% left. I have been reading this book for almost 6 months. Gosh darn shame. I got tired of the series but wanted to finish. Maybe blog some more and find some new blogs to stalk. Any suggestions?! I like running, health & fitness, food, and fashion blogs. :) 

Anywho I have to get going. I hope you all have a fabulous Saturday!
