Happy Monday Lovelies!
I start the Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer 12 week program today.
It involves 3 phases.
Phase 1 is 4 weeks and involves ONLY weight training.
How am I going to survive?
I'm a cardio head.
Well a runner.
So we shall see.
4 weeks - no cardio.
How should this work?
Plus eating more.
Not going to mind that much
but just have to get in my mindset that more HEALTHY food is better.
It's fuel.
I'm going to try to update you all once - twice a week regarding this program.
I'm not normally good at "programs" so I'm going to try hard
VERY HARD
to stick with this one.
From what I've seen, people tend to have good results.
So I'm hoping to be one of those people as well.
I need to build more muscle and get rid of my extra fat just soaking up space in my body.
& I'm not one of those females who think if I lift weights I'll get bulky.
No I'll get lean!
Anywho here's the overview of my workouts this week. I only workout 4 times this week.
This is unusual for me, someone who works out at minimum 6 times a week but I'm sure my body will enjoy the resting. Active rest days though :).
Monday.
