I be working on my fitness. - W.o.W.

Good morning! Happy Hump Day!!
 Just a quick post to help you get your day started with an awesome full body workout.



It's always good to be able to get in a workout without needing any type of equipment. This can be done at home, at the gym, in the large bathroom stall at workout .... you know wherever. All you need is you! 



Today's workout for me is Chest and Triceps again. It's the last week of phase 1 of Livefit Trainer! I'm so happy I've been sticking to the workouts and majority of the eating (90/10). I feel myself getting stronger and I can't wait to see how much I will be lifting at the end of this journey!! 


Here's a quick WIAW. Or more like what I ate this morning.
My lovely egg white oatmeal pancakes and topped them with almond butter and bananers! So so yummy!

  2. You look amazing! I might have to try this one. I just started with a eat more, lift more, run less routine and a trainer, so I am all over inspirting blogs like yours.

    1. Thank you!! That's great. I'm enjoying eating more (healthy of course) and realizing more food helps to build muscle and you don't have to eat so little to get in better shape!! I hope you enjoy it as well and lifting!
