I had to share this workout guide.

Phase 2 of Livefit Trainer has started. 



I really have to get use to these extra long workouts. As well as lifting more weight and sometimes doing more sets. But hey I want the body I always dreamed of so I have to work for it. No short cuts. Today I will be working on my legs.




However I found this awesome guide on Pinterest and had to share it with you. Like it wouldn't be fair to keep it to myself for the future.  Since I'm all about strength training these days I wanted to share all these great strength training exercises for women. Enjoy ladies!

    I used to be a cardio-aholic and I've been reformed. I love to run, but I'd also love to have some slamming muscles.

  3. I always hear about LiveFit trainer but have trouble sticking to something when I love running and other classes so much. I'm definitely pinning that "Strength Training Guide for Women" though! I like a good mix of both cardio and weightlifting.
