I'm tired of the 6 days a week. Almost 2 hour workouts. Not to mention after getting my Body fat percentage on Saturday - it's like what's the point? Obviously this program isn't working for me. At least not to the full degree that I expected.
But nevertheless I'm still going to try to finish the program. See this is why I don't like to do programs. This always tends to happen. So please guys, give me some encouraging words to stick these next two weeks out!
Side note: As I'm writing this, I'm currently enhaling McDonald's breakfast thanks to one of my coworkers. Smell so goooodddd.
So it's Wednesday and you know that means - Workout Wednesday!
I have a great leg workout for you. Today is a leg day for me as well & high carb day thank you sweet baby Jesus. The last three weeks of LFT is carb cycling. Not completely hard but my goodness I sure do miss eating lots of fruits.
