My eats over the last few days weren't the healthiest of the healthy I would say. But they weren't terrible either. If I'm looking at it from a percentage perspective, I would say 75% of the time I ate healthy. Not my normal 80-85% but hey tis life. Enjoy food.
Friday was a very busy day and me and Jay ended up on an impromptu mini date where I beat his butt in pool.
Okay I'm lying. That was like my first time playing but don't I LOOK like I know what I'm doing. See how pics can be deceiving.
So that night we ended up at Winn Dixie trying to find something low carb for me to eat and I did.. it's was just high in fat o_O. But was yummy.
Saturday we ended up going to the farmer's market. This lady there was selling homemade popsicle. I got the watermelon lime one. Ingredients - watermelon and lime. Pretty simple and very refreshing on a hot day.
Then for lunch we stopped at Ruby Tuesday. I only ate one of those baby biscuit things. 2 of Jay's hot wings and my entree (I was soooo hungry I forgot the picture) was two mini turkey burgers with fries. I ate maybe 10 of the fries and for one of the mini turkey burgers I took off the top bun. Little things like that count :). I was so proud of myself for not gobbling up the fries. I love fries.
Sunday I decided I wanted an "old" breakfast I use to love. Sausage, eggs, and grits. I also had fruit on the side. I had been craving fruit so Saturday night I picked up 2 of those mini fruit bowls from Publix. (They were BOGO free!).
Then I headed out to enjoy my sunday (translates into went to the mall and had an epic fail shopping). That night I decided I wanted to completely ditch the healthy train and had some Panda Express. Nom Nom Nom. Orange chicken and chow mein. Nom Nom Nom. It was awesome.
Yesterday I really wanted some oatmeal from Panera Bread. It hit the spot. Steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon sugar, strawberries, and pecans.
For Lunch Jay & I went to Zaxby's and I had the House Zalad with Grilled Chicken. I did steal a bit of his fried deliciousness chicken. It's so good. Oh and a fry or two. But my salad with very fulling and delicious.
Well it's time for me to get ready for work. I hope you all have a lovely hump day.
