Hey bombshells! I've been missing in action this past week, I know. So busy getting back on track with work and school. I've been traveling a lot over the past 3 weeks and today is no different. Right now I'm freezing my booty off on this luxury coach bus as I get ready to head off to North Carolina for the Black Girls Run! Conference! I'm super excited for this fitcation! The ride is about 8 - 9 hours so I will be getting me in a nice long nap because I'm running off of 3.5 hours of sleep right now! Just wanted to give you all a quick "I'm still alive and running" post. A little bit under the weather but I hope the excessive amounts of Vitamin C I've been taking will combat that so I can have fun tomorrow at these workshops as well as do great on my 10K race on Saturday!
