The painful kind of fun.


I have really been enjoying my workouts on Friday's. It's cross training day so I like to browse Pinterest for 45 min cross training workouts that look like good ol' painful fun. I found this one and I really enjoyed it! I recommend visiting her blog - Pumps and Iron - for full details.

The workout consists of 5 minutes on the treadmill (I used the Elliptical instead) and then a 4 minute strength training tabata workout. Repeat 4 more times.






Because it was my cross training day I once again did the elliptical instead of the treadmill.
I also used dumbbells for the figure 8's, because I don't own a kettlebell. 
Oh and I did power tucks without the wheel because I don't have one of those either!


I think this is a great full body workout. It actually took me a closer to an hour probably because I tend to break longer then necessary without paying attention lol.
So there you have it, another great workout to get your Wednesday off to a great start.
