Keeping track of your fit journey.


Pretty much since I started losing weight and getting fit, I've always kept track of what I ate. Though some months I'd fall off but I'd always end up coming back. Never did I think however, to also keep track of the workouts I am doing, my sleep patterns, how I feel after a workout, etc. Not until now. Being that I am doing Blogilates 90 day New Body Makeover, I also decided to purchase the 12 week fit journal and to be honest, I am in love. 


For one the journal is so cute and girly and awesome. I love all the tips it gives and the overall layout. The journal allows you to keep track of what you ate, your workouts, how many hours of sleep you got the night before, stats, weekly weigh in! There's even a page for you to input your own motivational quotes and spots to leave notes all over! I am throughly enjoying filling it out every day and I am now looking for one that I can use for the entire year.

I think this is such a good idea and recommend it to all that are serious about their fitness journey and really would like to write down what they are doing now so they can see how things improve or change in the future!! Great investment indeed!
