Hey guys. I don't know about you all, but I am so happy today is Friday and that it is a 3 day weekend. It's been a long week. Well a long couple weeks actually. I've been in a little slump lately regarding my weight. Prior to going to NYC a couple weeks back, I weighed in at 157. After NYC I weighed in at 162.6 o_O. But I figured it would all fall back off in a week. It hasn't. On Monday, 2 weeks later I had only lost .3 of lbs. I just don't understand. I've been working out hard and eating right. Well at least 80 75% of the time. Nothing to the point where I feel that I shouldn't have got back down to my pre NYC weight. Sigh. But then again I must take responsibility for my actions. I haven't been eating all that great. The 25% has been filled with ice cream, cookies, starburst, and pretzel bread. So I guess I am to blame for my weight not moving downwards. I am grateful it isn't moving upwards though! I will really try harder (after this weekend #dontjudgeme) to get back on track. I have two weeks (come Monday) before I leave for Europe and I would like to be in the mid 150s before I leave to give me some leeway on the trip. I hope all the walking I will be doing, combats the eating - cause I have to try like EVERYTHING. Anywho, I just really wanted to vent to you guys. Hope you didn't mind. I also wanted to let those on their own fitness and weight loss journey's know that you have your setbacks but the important thing is to always keep your eye on the prize and never give up on your ultimate goal. Keep pushing.
