Happy Monday! Welcome to Motivation Monday! Today I'm sharing 5 tips to help you avoid the dreaded Freshman 15! Unfortunately, no one gave me any tips when I was a freshman and things went haywire! Hopefully these tips help someone :)
- Stay or Get ACTIVE!
- Drink plenty of WATER!
- Eat a SALAD before a meal!
- Limit the ALCOHOL!
- Limit the late night SNACKING!!
