5 Tips to avoid the Freshman 15! | #MotivationMonday


Happy Monday! Welcome to Motivation Monday! Today I'm sharing 5 tips to help you avoid the dreaded Freshman 15! Unfortunately, no one gave me any tips when I was a freshman and things went haywire! Hopefully these tips help someone :)

  • Stay or Get ACTIVE!
  • Drink plenty of WATER!
  • Eat a SALAD before a meal! 
  • Limit the ALCOHOL!
  • Limit the late night SNACKING!!
