Lacing up my sneakers.

Hello weekend!

I have a busy weekend ahead. Starting with this morning. I'm about to hit the pavement. 9 miles for breakfast. This training is getting serious. Then I'll be back home and spending my morning doing homework. After that I have a late lunch / early dinner date with mi  amigas and I plan on stopping by a shoe store and getting some new running shoes. Then after what I'm sure will be a lovely afternoon I'll be spending my evening doing some more homework as well as revamping my resume. Any of you resume writers by chance? I think mines suck! It needs some serious UMPH!

I'm also making a tutu this weekend for my Susan G Komen Race for the Cure run next Sunday! The theme is "Do You Tutu?" and my answer is why yes I do! So I hope it comes out as cute as it looks in my head. I'll be rocking my Tutu with some black running pants or shorts and my RUN BCA tank! I also want to put my hair in two little puffs and be all cutsy girly. But probably won't happen.

If you haven't heard, I'm on the prowl for Fall inspired recipes!
From very healthy to not healthy at all!
Think pumpkin, sweet potato, apple, cinnamon, etc.
If you have one and want to Guest Post it on my blog please email me at thecoilybombshell@gmail.com
I'll be starting to post them next week and even considering making this into Fall link up.
Thoughts??!

Well this post was just me stalling. My sneakers are all laced up.
Now I must hit the pavement.
9 miles for breakfast.
I can. I will.

How will you be spending your weekend?

Tata's Tuesday's!!

"Every 13 minutes, 1 woman in the U.S. will lose her life to breast cancer. "

As most of you are probably aware of Breast Cancer Month is vastly approaching. I'm an avid supporter and tend to try to give back through walking, running, and donating to the cause as much as possible. Jay has a clothing company (Awkwardly Cre8ive) and he designed these shirts below to support the cause as well. 25% of all proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation.  The shirt is a unisex shirt so feel free to purchase for all your family and friends (or just you!).

All Coily Bombshell readers (and their family and friends) will receive free shipping by using the promo code: BOMBSHELL

Thanks for the support!!
I'll be sporting my shirt at the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure next month!
