Citrus Detox?!
Hey folks - again!
Two posts in one night, told ya I was back.
So I know I said I was detoxing this past week.
& Tuesday - Thursday I pretty much did
But then I fell off the train and decided my body needed more protein
and maybe a few snacks as well.
Don't judge me.
Anywho, after the cruise I felt so BLOATED
but now I feel much better.
I don't know if it's the overload of citrus I've been eating (grapefruit, oranges and mandarins)
or just that I've been back to my healthy eating
and much much much less sugar.
No crazy sugar cravings either!
So I just wanted to update on that.
I've was so lazy this past week.
Work and laying on the couch watching Grey's Anatomy on Netflix was my daily life.
My mind was still on vacation I guess.
But I'm getting it together.
Working on my organization goal as well as running less - well running none.
I don't recall the last time I went running.
It saddens me but at the same time I think my body is truly appreciating the break.
It better because soon enough I will be pounding the pavement again.
I start the LiveFit 12 week Trainer program tomorrow.
I'm kind of excited to really get back into working out
because I haven't much this past week because I was eating much much less
so the most I'd do is 15 - 20 min simple strength workout if any at all.
Who am I kidding, I also just didn't feel like working out.
It gets like that sometimes.
But I'm ready to give it my all again.
