Hola!
I know I know, I've been missing in action.
Forgive me.
Getting my life back on track after vacation.
Blah.
But I am back to it this week, I promise!
Anyway today has been productive!
Food prep Sunday!!
I made some chicken, lean pork chops, green beans, turkey sausage egg muffins, and brown rice with quinoa. Tomorrow I plan on making turkey burgers and some more vegetables.
I made more than just this I promise.
My least favorite part of meal prepping ... the mess I tend to make -_-
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
I shall spend the rest of mine catching up on my fav blogs and
crying while watching season 5 of grey's anatomy.
