I think I want a running coach.

I think I want a running coach.  I feel like he or she will take me to my full potential. I need to start looking into it and doing some research. I want someone that really pushes me to my limits and believes that I can be great :). If you know any good coaches, let me in! I don't mind a virtual coach. 

So this weekend, I officially signed my team up for the Fl. Series Palm Beaches Marathon and Runfest on Dec. 8th. We are doing the marathon relay! Our team name is Pavement Queens :)! 





So this weekend I did some food prep for my snacks and in  between "main" meals food.  With livefit trainer, Jamie Eason doesn't want us to think of it as a snack but more as a meal. So like literally I eat SO much every day. I just hope in the end it's worth it. I don't think I've really gained weight but sometimes I do feel "fluffy". So this weekend and last night I made the following. 


Chocolate protein brownie bars

Turkey meatloaf muffins

Cinnamon swirl protein muffins

  2. Check out Laura at Mommy Run Fast! I haven't personally used her as a coach but she's always very helpful to me for free so I can't imagine if you actually hired her!

    I have made the turkey meatloaf muffins numerous times and they are excellent! I don't think I have a favorite meal this week or last. I'm kind of addicted to Pretzel Crisps. You may have to come over and take them from me. :)
