So this weekend, I officially signed my team up for the Fl. Series Palm Beaches Marathon and Runfest on Dec. 8th. We are doing the marathon relay! Our team name is Pavement Queens :)!
So this weekend I did some food prep for my snacks and in between "main" meals food. With livefit trainer, Jamie Eason doesn't want us to think of it as a snack but more as a meal. So like literally I eat SO much every day. I just hope in the end it's worth it. I don't think I've really gained weight but sometimes I do feel "fluffy". So this weekend and last night I made the following.

ReplyDeleteI have made the turkey meatloaf muffins numerous times and they are excellent! I don't think I have a favorite meal this week or last. I'm kind of addicted to Pretzel Crisps. You may have to come over and take them from me. :)
