So I think challenging yourself is important. It keeps your body guessing and working out exciting - kind of . Depending on your definition of exciting. Mine is pretty twisted.
My own personal march madness is as follows:
- Run AT LEAST a mile a day. If my body is too tired - walk that mile! No days off! Madness indeedy!
- Run 70 miles. 5 more miles than I ran last month.
- Be a beast with Insanity. Won't let Shaun T get the best of me!
- Daily Yoga Poses with Grow Soul Beautiful & The Ultimate Fitspo
- And for some reason I agreed to do this as well. After panting like I was just chased by a dog this and yesterday morning this is really going to be a true test of my madness. Burpee challenge!
Well let's see how crazy I can be. I took on these challenges and I will fight to be successful with them.
