Workout Wednesday!! Tone up Tight Routine!

Found this great quick 20 minute workout I wanted to share from Janae's Blog, Hungry Runner Girl . It was quick and easy peasy. I enjoyed it for today's workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching.

  2. This sounds really effective!

    I'm currently doing the "30 day shred" by Jillian Michaels. Yesterday was Day 12 for me, 2nd day of Level 2 and I'm sitting here with the sorest shoulder muscles ever :oD

    I love that workout though!
